摘要
伴随着经济发展,我国国企经营发展面临众多机遇和挑战。国企相关行政部门作为企业决策的执行单位,部门管理人员在国企改革发展过程中作用显著。因此,研究国企行政管理人员绩效管理对国企发展意义重大。通过剖析当前我国国企行政管理人员绩效管理过程中的问题,结合现状给出对策以改善国企行政管理人员绩效管理效率,实现企业的快速发展。
With the development of economy,the operation and development of state-owned enterprises in China are facing many opportunities and challenges.As the executive unit of enterprise decision-making,the relevant administrative departments of state-owned enterprises play a significant role in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of state-owned enterprises to study the performance management of administrative staff.This paper analyzes the problems in the process of performance management of administrative staff in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the efficiency of performance management of administrative staff in state-owned enterprises,so as to realize the rapid development of enterprises.
