临床路径护理在精神分裂症患者护理安全管理中的应用价值

Application value of clinical pathway nursing in nursing safety management of patients with schizophrenia

目的:观察临床路径护理在精神分裂症护理安全管理中的应用价值。方法:选取112例精神分裂症患者为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各56例。对照组使用常规安全管理,研究组在对照组基础上应用临床路径护理。比较两组安全隐患事件发生率及患者生命质量。结果:研究组安全隐患事件总发生率为12.5%,显著低于对照组的33.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者生命质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组生命质量各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规安全管理基础上采用临床路径护理,能有效降低精神分裂症患者安全隐患事件发生率和提高患者生命质量,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To explore application value of clinical pathway nursing in nursing safety management of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:112 patients with schizophrenia were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method.The control group used routine safety management,while the study group was given the clinical pathway nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The incidence of safety hazards and the quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of safety hazards in the study group was 12.5%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after the nursing,the score of the quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the patients with schizophrenia,the clinical pathway nursing based on the routine safety management can effectively reduce the incidence of safety hazards and improve the quality of life of these patients.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
