规范化培训与考核在精神科新护士中的应用效果

Application effects of standardized training and assessment in psychiatric nurses

目的:观察规范化培训与考核在精神科新护士中的应用效果。方法:选取82名新入职的护士作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各41名,其中,对照组采取传统培训方式,观察组在对照组的基础上进行规范化培训,并对理论、操作进行全面考核,比较培训前后两组应急评价、精神科专科知识、操作技能、应急处置能力及对本次培训的满意度。结果:培训后观察组的主观评价、精神科专科知识、操作技能、应急处置能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意率为97.56%(40/41),明显高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对精神科新护士的规范化培训与考核,有利于提高新护士理论知识、操作技能等水平,提高培训满意度。

Objective:To explore application effects of standardized training and assessment in psychiatric nurses.Methods:82 newly recruited nurses were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=41) and control group(n=41) according to the random number table method.The control group was given the traditional training method,while the observation group used the standardized training on the basis of that of the control group and was comprehensively assessed on the theory and operation.Then,the emergency assessment,psychiatric expertise,operational skills and emergency handling ability before and after the training as well as the satisfaction with the training were compared between the two groups.Results:After the training,the scores of subjective evaluation,psychiatric expertise,operational skills and emergency handling ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.49%,33/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Strengthening the standardized training and assessment of the new psychiatric nurses has a very positive effect on promoting the level of theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Moreover,it can improve the satisfaction with the training.
