精益管理理念指导下的风险管理在静脉药物调配中心的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨精益管理理念指导下的风险管理在静脉药物调配中心的应用价值。方法:选取58例需静脉输液患者作为研究对象,根据静脉药物调配中心的管理方式将其分为对照组28例和观察组30例,对照组实施常规管理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施精益管理理念指导下的风险管理,比较两组不良事件的发生情况、候药时间及满意度。结果:输液期间观察组的药物输错、给药剂量错误、给药途径错误、漏给药、局部肿胀及局部感染发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后观察组候药时间为(10.52±1.48)min,明显短于对照组的(19.56±2.01)min;观察组满意度为100.00%(30/30),明显高于对照组的78.57%(22/28),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规管理基础上采用精益管理理念指导下的风险管理在静脉药物调配中心的应用能降低不良事件发生率,缩短患者候药时间,提升满意度,效果优于单纯常规管理。 Objective:To study application value of risk management under the guidance of lean management concept in pharmacy intravenous admixture service.Methods:58 patients with intravenous infusion were selected as the study subjects.According to the management method of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service,they were divided into control group(n=28) and observation group(n=28).The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given risk management under the guidance of the lean management concept based on that of the control group.The incidence of adverse events,waiting time for medicine and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:During the infusion,the rates of drug delivery error,the wrong dose,the wrong route of administration,the missed administration and the local swelling as well as the incidence of local infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management,the waiting time for medicine of the observation group was(10.52±1.48)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group of(19.56±2.01) min;the satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(30/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.57%,22/28);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Based on the routine management,the risk management under the guidance of lean management concept in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service can reduce the incidence of adverse events,shorten the waiting time for medicine of the patients,and improve the satisfaction.Therefore,it is superior to single routine management.
