儿童睑板腺囊肿保守治疗时机选择及治疗效果

Timing and effect of conservative treatment of chalazion in children

目的比较单独热敷、热敷联合加替沙星眼用凝胶及热敷联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏三种保守治疗在儿童睑板腺囊肿患者中的治疗效果。方法儿童睑板腺囊肿患者63例,根据治疗意愿将患儿分为单纯热敷组、热敷联合加替沙星眼用凝胶组、热敷联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏组。热敷组早晚热敷两次,每次10分钟;热敷联合加替沙星眼用凝胶组加用加替沙星眼用凝胶,每日三次滴眼,另涂于眼睑囊肿处(眼睑皮肤);热敷联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏组加用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏,每日三次滴眼,另涂于眼睑囊肿处(眼睑皮肤)。治疗时间为2周-2个月,随访比较治疗前后肿块水平直径变化,肿块水平直径缩小50%以上定义为有效。结果三种保守治疗效果无明显差异,病程<1个月与病程>1个月之间治疗效果差异有统计学意义。结论儿童睑板腺囊肿早期可采取保守治疗,而常见的几种保守治疗方法间并无明显差异。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of three conservative treatments on children with chalazion,include hot compress alone,hot compress combined with gatifloxacin eye gel and hot compress combined with tobramycin anddexamethasone ointment.Methods A total of 63 cases of children with chalazion were divided into three groups according to treatment intention,include hot compress group,hot compress combined with gatifloxacin eye gel group,hot compress combined with tobramycin anddexamethasone ointment group.Hot compress group need hot compress twice in the morning and evening,10 minutes each time.The group of hot compress combined with gatifloxacin eye gel apply gatifloxacin eye gel to the eye three times a day,and apply it to the eyelid cyst(eyelid skin).The group of hot compress combined with tobramycin anddexamethasone ointment apply tobramycin anddexamethasone ointment to the eye three times a day,and apply it to the eyelid cyst(eyelid skin).The treatment duration was 2 weeks to 2 months,and the changes in the horizontal diameter of the mass before and after the treatment were compared during follow-up.The reduction of the horizontal diameter of the mass by more than 50%was defined as effective.Results There was no significant difference in the effect of the three conservative treatments,and the difference in the treatment effect was statistically significant between the patients with the course of disease less than 1 month and the patients with the course of disease more than 1 month.Conclusion Chalazion in children can be treated conservatively in the early stage.There was no significant difference among the common conservative treatments.
