摘要
目的分析比较植入非球面散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体与非球面散光矫正型人工晶状体临床疗效。方法79例(79眼)年龄相关性白内障随机分为两组:A组,40例(40只眼)行超声乳化吸出联合非球面散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体植入术;B组,39例(39只眼)行超声乳化吸出联合非球面散光矫正型人工晶状体术。对两组术后视力、残留散光度、波前像差等指标进行观察分析。结果术后1个月,两组术眼的裸眼近视力差异有统计学意义(t=7.156,P=0.001);两组间裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、矫正近视力差异无统计学意义(t=1.525、1.214、1.378,P=0.121、0154、0.202);两组术后残余散光度差异无统计学意义(t=2.354,P=0.248);两组总体高阶像、3阶像差、4阶像差和5阶像差的均方根值之间差异无统计学意义(t=2.125、1.245、1.236、1.278,P=0.123、0.189、0.159、0.225)。结论对于有角膜规则散光白内障患者行植入非球面散光矫正型多焦点人工晶状体植入能提供良好远、近视力,患者满意度高。
Objective To observe the clinical outcome of implanting AcrySof lQ Toric ReSTORintraocular lens correcting the corneal astigmatism in cataract Patients.Methods ( 79 eyes) of 79patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A:the aspherical and multifocal toric intraocular lens were implanted in 40 eyes of 40 patients. Group B: the aspherical toric intraocular lens were implanted in 39 eyes of 39 patients. The visual acuity, postoperative corneal astigmatism, the IOL axis rotational stability,higher order aberrations, contrast sensitivity were evaluated and statistically analyzed. Results At 1month after surgery, the differences of uncorrected near visual acuities were statistically significant (t = 7.156, P = 0.001);There were no significant differences in the uncorrected distance visual, corrected distant and corrected near visual acuity (t = 1.525、1.214、0.247, P = 0.121、0154、0.202);There was no significant difference in postoperative residual corneal astigmatism (t = 2.354, P = 0.248);There were no statistically significant differences in the general higher-order aberrations、3-order aberrations, 4-order aberrations, and 5-order aberrations root mean square value (t = 2.125、1.245、1.236、1.278, P = 0.123、0.189、0.159、0.225 )。Conclusions AcrySof lQ Toric ReSTOR intraocular lens implantation is an effective method for the correction of preexisting corneal astigmatism in cataract patient.
