摘要 蜂毒是蜜蜂工蜂毒腺和副腺分泌的透明液体,蜂毒素是蜂毒的主要活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗高血压、抗菌、抗炎作用。总结蜂毒素抗肿瘤的作用机制,发现蜂毒素能抑制肿瘤血管的生成,诱导瘤细胞凋亡,也可直接杀伤瘤细胞,还能增加瘤细胞对放疗的敏感性,同时对机体免疫功能具有增强作用。 Bee venom is a transparent venom secreted by bee venom glands and accessory glands.Melittin is the main active component of bee venom.It has anti-tumor,immune regulation,anti-hypertensive,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.The mechanism of action were found that melittin can inhibit the formation of tumor blood vessels,induce tumor cell apoptosis,directly kill tumor cells,increase the sensitivity of tumor cell radiotherapy,and enhance the immune function of the body.
