摘要
为提升蜜蜂遗传育种知识产权综合服务能力,实现创新驱动发展,推动蜂业提质增效升级,开展了此项专利调研工作;检索了2009-2018年公开或公告所涉及蜜蜂遗传育种技术的专利申请及授权专利,并对上述专利检索数据进行了统计分析,从专利申请角度揭示蜜蜂遗传育种技术的研究进展情况;结果显示,在蜜蜂育种专利内容方面,培育蜂王、雄蜂的蜂箱及其附件是主要的研究内容,内容较丰富,并显示出了较强的优势;在蜜蜂育种相关技术方面,基因育种技术和人工授精技术是研究的主要方向。
In order to improve the comprehensive service capability of genetics and breeding intellectual property rights in honeybees,achieve innovation-driven development;promote the quality and efficiency upgrade of bee-Keeping industry,the patent applications and authorized patents related to genetics and breeding technology of honeybees published from 2009 to 2018 were retrieved in this study.The progress of genetics and breeding technology of honeybees was discovered from the perspective of patent application by subsequent statistical analysis of patents.The results showed that hives and accessories for breeding queens and drones were main researches in respects of breeding patent invention,which showed a strong advantage over other contents.In addition,gene breeding and artificial insemination were main research directions in respects of technology related to breeding of honeybees.
