党建共建是企业党组织以共同加强党的建设为联结点,以解决问题为导向,以服务生产经营为目的,以实现党建共建各方党的建设和生产经营共同进步为目标,在相互有工作或业务关系的党组织之间开展的党的建设活动。党建共建具有政治性、多维性、内生性、共治性、共赢性等五个特征,是企业党组织落实新时代党的建设总要求的具体实践,是服务生产经营抓党建的新视角,是实施组织力提升工程的具体实践,是扩充党建价值的有效途径。要把强化政治性作为党建共建的首要举措,充分发挥企业党组织在党建共建中的引领和主导作用,因地制宜、因企制宜开展党建共建。
