摘要
本文提出了一种用来解决大型国企非标物资集团化采购问题的模块化框架招投标管理方法与管理平台,并借助典型成功案例说明其优势。
This article explored a breakthrough train of thinking,method and solution of modular framework agreement tendering purchasing on non-standard products,meantime proposing and establishing a group procurement management method as well as managing platform by means of modular framework agreement tendering in the area of non-modeled products in large-scale state-owned enterprise,via a typical and successful case with advantages as well.
