妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对妊娠结局和产后并发症率的影响观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention of Gestational Diabetes on Pregnancy Outcome and Postpartum Complication Rate

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对妊娠结局和产后并发症率的影响。方法该研究涉及对象为妊娠期糖尿病患者100例,研究对象选取时间段为2018年3月—2019年3月分为参照组与试验组,每组各50例,参照组实施常规护理,试验组采用护理干预。对比两组患者的妊娠结局、产后并发症与护理满意度,使用统计学进行分析。结果比对两组患者的妊娠结局,试验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。比对两组患者的产后并发症,试验组均优于参照组(P<0.05)。比对两组患者的护理满意度,试验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施护理干预,能有效改善妊娠结局,降低产后并发症,得到满意评价,护理效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention for gestational diabetes on pregnancy outcome and postpartum complication rate.Methods This study involved 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from March 2018 to March 2019,divided into reference group and experimental group,each group of 50 cases,the reference group was adopted routine care,the test group used nursing intervention.Pregnancy outcomes,postpartum complications,and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups using statistical analysis.Results The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.The experimental group was superior to the reference group(P<0.05).The postpartum complications of the experimental groups was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group of patients was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes,reduce postpartum complications,and obtain satisfactory evaluation.The nursing effect is remarkable.
