血清肌酸激酶在老年2型糖尿病微血管病变患者中的检测价值

Detection Value of Serum Creatine Kinase in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Microangiopathy

目的探讨在老年2型糖尿病微血管病变患者中血清肌酸激酶的检测价值。方法此次抽选2017年1月—2019年1月在该院诊治的老年2型糖尿病患者(100例)做研究,按血清肌酸激酶分甲组(血清肌酸激酶上升,50例)、乙组(血清肌酸激酶正常,50例)。比较两组的生化指标以及慢性并发症情况。结果甲组的糖尿病性神经病变发生率低于乙组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲组的糖尿病肾病发生率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的糖尿病性视网膜病变发生率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的糖化血红蛋白高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的胰岛素抵抗水平高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的空腹血糖、舒张压、收缩压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇等指标之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年2型糖尿病微血管病变患者中,血清肌酸激酶的检测价值很高,可帮助预测微血管病变的发生。

Objective To investigate the value of serum creatine kinase in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes microangiopathy.Methods This study was conducted on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(100 cases)who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.The serum creatine kinase group(serum creatine kinase increased,50 cases),group B(normal serum creatine kinase,50 cases).Biochemical indicators and chronic complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of diabetic neuropathy in group A was lower than that in group B,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of diabetic nephropathy in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diabetic retinopathy in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The glycated hemoglobin of group A was higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin resistance level of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statisically significant of the differences between the two groups in terms of fasting blood glucose,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and total cholesterol(P>0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes microangiopathy,serum creatine kinase has a high detection value,which can help predict the occurrence of microvascular disease.
