腹腔镜治疗糖尿病妇女异位妊娠效果研究

Laparoscopic Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy in Diabetic Women

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗糖尿病合并异位妊娠的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月该科收治的糖尿病合并异位妊娠妇女72例,随机分为两组各36例,观察组采用腹腔镜手术,对照组采用开腹手术。结果观察组术中出血量、术后排气时间、FPG及住院时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组月经恢复时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05),受孕率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并异位妊娠妇女采用腹腔镜手术,对血糖影响小,利于血糖控制,有效保留患者生育功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic treatment of diabetes with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 72 women with diabetes and ectopic pregnancy admitted to the department from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases each.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery and the control group was treated with open surgery.Results In the observation group,the amount of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time,FPG and hospitalization time were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstruation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients with ectopic pregnancy have laparoscopic surgery,which has little effect on blood glucose,which is beneficial to blood glucose control and effectively preserves the reproductive function of patients.
