妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿心脏结构、功能影响作用的效果观察

Effect of Gestational Diabetes on the Structure and Function of Fetal Heart

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿心脏结构、功能影响作用的效果。方法选取2016年6月—2018年9月收治的60例妊娠妇女作为研究对象,按照是否合并糖尿病分为观察组(妊娠期糖尿病患者)与对照组(正常妊娠者)。结果观察组室间隔收缩、左心室壁厚度、右心室壁厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、右室短轴缩短率、LV MPI、RV MPI均高于对照组,而E/AMV、E/ATV低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病可对胎儿的心脏结构、功能造成不同程度的损伤,应选择合适方法尽早诊断,有利于及时控制血糖水平及减少对胎儿心肌功能的损伤。

Objective To investigate the effect of gestational diabetes on fetal heart structure and function.Methods Sixty pregnant women admitted from June 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled in the study group.According to whether they had diabetes,they were divided into observation group(pregnancy diabetic)and control group(normal pregnancy).Results The ventricular septal contraction,left ventricular wall thickness and right ventricular wall thickness of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,right ventricular short axis shortening rate,LV MPI,and RV MPI were higher in the observation group than in the control group,while E/AMV and E/ATV were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gestational diabetes can cause different degrees of damage to the fetal heart structure and function.It should be diagnosed as soon as possible by appropriate methods,which is beneficial to timely control of blood glucose level and reduce damage to fetal myocardial function.
