血糖检验与尿糖检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的应用体会

Application of Blood Glucose Test and Urine Glucose Test in Clinical Diagnosis of Diabetic Patients

目的探讨血糖检验与尿糖检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法在该院2017年11月—2018年11月期间诊治的糖尿病患者中选取97例作研究对象,对其分别进行血糖检验、尿糖检验,并就2种检验方法对糖尿病的诊断准确率差异进行统计学分析。结果血糖检验法在该组糖尿病患者临床诊断中的准确率(100.00%)高于尿糖检验法(93.81%)(χ2=4.300,P=0.038)。结论血糖检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的准确性更高,尿糖检验可因客观因素等影响而出现漏诊情况,应以血糖检验为首选检验方法。

Objective To explore the application value of blood glucose test and urine glucose test in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods Ninety-seven patients with diabetes were enrolled in the hospital from November 2017 to November 2018.The blood glucose test and urine glucose test were performed separately,and the diagnostic accuracy of diabetes was compared between the two test methods and performed statistical analysis.Results The accuracy of the blood glucose test in the clinical diagnosis of this group of diabetic patients(100.00%)was higher than that of the urine glucose test(93.81%)(χ2=4.300,P=0.038).Conclusion The accuracy of blood glucose test in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients is higher.The urine glucose test may be missed due to the influence of objective factors.Blood glucose test should be the preferred test method.
