Design of Warning System for Special Operation of Quayside Cranes

为进一步推动集装箱码头岸边作业无人桥板头化,提升现场安全管理水平和作业效率,降低现场作业风险和人员占用率,设计岸桥特殊作业警示系统。警示系统基于岸桥控制程序开发,实现人机分离、人车分离,提高码头作业安全标准,对于启示安全生产管理规范具有重要意义。

A warning system for special operation of quayside cranes is designed to further promote the unattended rate of the shore operation of container terminal,to improve the site safety management and raise the operating efficiency,to lower the operations risk and personnel occupancy rate.Based on the control program of quayside crane,the warning system is developed to separate man from machine and vehicles,and to reach higher safety standard of port operation,which has important significance for the implementation of Code for safe operation management.
