摘要
符号互动理论的微观社会学取向,有助于将研究焦点放在幼儿园这一较小的组织与幼儿园教师个体身上。基于符号互动理论的视角,采用深度访谈与观察方法,对幼儿园教师与班内教师、幼儿、班外教师、行政人员、幼儿家长等意义互动过程的考察与分析,展现了幼儿园教师这一群体所共享的价值体系与行为模式。这不仅有助于了解幼儿园教师文化的现状及存在的问题,也为幼儿园教师专业发展与幼儿园组织建设提供现实依据。
The micro-sociological orientation of the symbolic interaction theory helps to focus the research on the smaller organization of kindergarten and the individual kindergarten teachers.Based on the perspective of symbolic interaction theory,in-depth interview and observation are adopted to investigate and analyze the meaningful interaction process between kindergarten teachers and teachers in the same classroom,children,teachers in the different classroom,administrative personnel and parents of children,showing the value systems and behavior patterns shared by kindergarten teachers.This not only helps to understand the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten teachers’culture,but also provides a practical basis for the professinal development of kindergarten teachers and the organization construction of kindergarten.
