纳吸棉在儿童腺样体切除术中的临床应用研究

目的:探讨纳吸棉在儿童内镜下腺样体切除术中的应用效果。方法:118例确诊腺样体肥大儿童,根据预先制定的随机表分为试验组和对照组,每组59例,试验组应用纳吸棉对腺样体切除手术创面表面覆盖;对照组采取纱球对创面压迫止血,记录手术总时间、手术操作时间、手术止血时间;患儿术后第1、3、7天清晨应用Wong-Baker量表(得分在0~10之间)评估术后疼痛。所有患儿术后均随访1个月,记录进食恢复时间、术后创面出血、感染、误吸等并发症。结果:两组患儿年龄、性别、身高、体重等一般资料差异无统计学意义。试验组手术总时间、止血时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术操作时间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验组术后疼痛、进食恢复时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿均未出现术后出血、感染、误吸等并发症。结论:纳吸棉用于儿童内镜下腺样体切除术中创面止血,简单有效,止血作用肯定、填塞不适程度轻,患儿痛苦少。

Objective:To investigate the efficiency of nasopore used in children adenoidectomy.Methods:A group of 118 children under went adenoidectomy alone were randomized into two groups,either the nasopore group or control group.The operation time,hemostasis time,the all operation time,pain,diet recovery time and surgical complications were compared between two groups.Results:No significant difference was found in the operation time between two groups(P>0.05).The all operation time,hemostasis time in nasopore group were significantly lower than those in between group(P<0.05).The postoprative pain and diet revovery time of nasopore group were lower than those of between group(P<0.05).No surgical complications including postoperative hemorrhage,infection or aspiration occurred in either group.Conclusion:The present study demonstrate that the nasopore can be effectively used in adenoidectomy for reducing intraoperative blood loss and for economic benefits without adverse reaction.
