摘要
本试验以‘罗曼尼’生菜为供试材料,通过施加不同量的‘黑老虎’复合微生物肥料,研究了设施栽培下复合微生物肥料对生菜的生长发育以及土壤特性的影响。结果表明,复合微生物肥料处理条件下,设施生菜的株高、叶面积和单株质量较对照分别增长了15.61%~17.37%、14.95%~16.77%和10.71%~14.29%;可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、维生素C含量分别增加了18.29%~20.00%、16.85%~17.63%和41.77%~43.88%;而土壤中速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量则分别增加了17.86%~18.28%、21.34%~22.48%和13.57%~14.70%。结论:施用复合微生物肥料不但可以显著提高设施栽培下生菜的各项生长指标和商品品质,同时也能有效改善土壤结构和提高土壤肥力,从而促进农业的可持续性发展。
The effects on the soil properties,growth and development of‘Romani’lettuce,which were applied different amounts of compound microbial fertilizer‘HEI Laohu’under protected cultivation,were studied in this paper.The results showed that compared with CK,the plant height,leaf area and per plant yield were increased 15.61%~17.37%,14.95%~16.77%and 10.71%~14.29%separately under different application of compound microbial fertilizer treatments;meanwhile the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C were increased 18.29%~20.00%,16.85%~17.63%and 41.77%~43.88%respectively;in addition,the contents of available N,available P and available K were increased 17.86%~18.28%,21.34%~22.48%and 13.57%~14.70%as well.Conclusion:compound microbial fertilizer not only could improve the growth indexes and commodity quality of lettuce significantly,but also improve the structure and fertility of soil effectively,thus promotes the sustainable development of agriculture.
