摘要
近年随着发展需要,高校老校区配套用电设备逐年增加,特别是餐厅等用电负荷增加显著。由于餐厅供电系统末端设备选型维护不当,用电高峰时,380 V侧总馈线断路器极易出现过负荷跳闸的现象。为降低经济损失,通常所采取的紧急送电方式,会导致380 V侧断路器机械结构无法正确动作,使得供电系统末端线路处于过负荷运行状态,存在较大的安全隐患。为此,本文提出采取在10 kV微机继电保护装置中增加低压馈线过负荷选线模块的措施,该模块可在380 V侧总馈线断路器过载跳闸后,驱动其完成三相一次自动重合闸,再利用定时限过电流保护原理可靠选择出380 V侧故障支路并切除。借助Simulink软件进行仿真分析,验证该模块可有效提高10 kV配网微机继电保护装置动作可靠性,从而提高高校配网运行的安全可靠性。
According to the needing of development in recent years,the electric equipments matched in old campus increase every year,especially the equipment of restaurant and other buildings in colleges and universities.It is easy to arise the existence big security hidden danger of load terminal’s line because the overload,owing to the fault choosing and maintenance of power supply load terminal’s equipment for the restaurant.And the fault will result to overload tripping of 380 V main breaker and operate incorrectly of 380 V breaker’s mechanical structures after restoring power supply urgently in order to degraded economic losses in high electricity demand.In order to reduce the potential safety hazards,it put forward the measure that increasing the model of low voltage distribution’s overload selection in 10 kV microcomputer relay protection device.After the overload tripping of 380 V’s main breaker,the device could close a time automatically and break the fault after selecting the fault branch reliably using the principle of over-current protection with fixed time limit.Meanwhile,with the help of Simulink simulation and analysis,the module could improve the operation of 10 kV distribution network microcomputer relay protection device reliability and the operation of the distribution network stability in colleges and universities.
