高校图书馆微信公众平台现状调研与对策分析——以山西大学图书馆为例

The Investigation and Analysis of the WeChat Public Platform in Higher Education Library——Taking Shanxi University Library’s WeChat Public Platform as the Sample

进入Web2.0时代以来,计算机新技术的出现为高等院校图书馆信息传播提出了诸多挑战和机遇。文章以山西大学图书馆微信公众平台为例,借鉴学术界最新研究成果,采用问卷调查法和对其微信公众平台功能模块静态考察分析法,从文献资源检索、借阅状况查询、借阅制度与消息查询以及座位选定等方面读者对微信公众平台的使用状况和关注度做了考察和分析,并综合了对部分“985”和“211”以及山西省主要高校图书馆微信公众平台考察分析后,指出了高校图书馆微信公众平台运行中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。

Entering the Web 2.0 times,the appear of new technology in computer has put up with numerous challenges and opportunities for the information dissemination of higher education library.The article takes Shanxi University Library WeChat Public Account as the example,uses the newest research finds as the reference,adopts questionnaire method,makes the static state investigation and analytical approach based on functional module of WeChat Public Platform,and investigates the impact and existing problems of the WeChat Public Platform by studying the dimensions of retrieval of literature resources,survey of borrowing and reading and seat selection.At the same time,the author puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
