鸡胚营养组合物对衰老大鼠干细胞增殖的影响

Effects of Chick Embryo and Nutrient Mixture on Proliferation of Stem Cells in Aging Rats

目的:研究鸡胚营养组合物对衰老大鼠干细胞增殖的影响,探讨其延缓衰老的可能机制。方法:选取SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、衰老模型组、鸡胚营养组合物组、鸡胚组、营养组合物组和蛋清组,分别给予相应处理,留取大鼠肝脏、肾脏、肠和脑组织,采用免疫组化法检测衰老大鼠各组织干细胞增殖情况。结果:鸡胚营养组合物处理衰老大鼠后,大鼠肝脏、肾脏、肠和脑组织干细胞标志物的表达量显著升高。结论:鸡胚营养组合物在一定程度上可以促进衰老大鼠的干细胞增殖,此可能为其延缓衰老的作用机制之一。

Objective To study the effect of the chick embryo and nutrient mixture on the proliferation of stem cells in aging rats,and explore the mechanism of chick embryo and nutrient mixture in the treatment of aging rats.Method SD rats were randomly divided into six groups including control group,aging model group,chick embryo and nutrient mixture group,chick embryo group,nutrient mixture group and albumen group.After the corresponding treatment,immunohistochemistry staining was used to analyze the expression of liver,kidney,intestine and brain stem cell markers.Result After the aging rats treated with the combination of chick embryo and nutrient mixture,the expression of liver,kidney,stomach,intestine and brain stem cell markers were increased.Conclusion The combination of chick embryo and nutrient mixture promoted stem cells proliferation in aging rats.This might be a mechanism for the treatment of aging.
