浙江省重点区域臭气难题破解的实践与研究——以丽水经济技术开发区为例

Practice and Consideration on Solving Odor Problem in Key Areas of Zhejiang Province——Take Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone as an Example

针对浙江省丽水经济技术开发区臭气投诉量不断增多问题,研究分析了开发区区域臭气的来源,由分析结果得知丽水开发区臭气有工业源、移动源、生活源等,主要来源为工业臭气,2013年-2018年涉气投诉的比重最大且有逐年上升的趋势。由于臭气气体组成的多样性以及其具有很强的扩散性,其浓度检测成为了臭气治理的主要难题。为此,提出一种检测该区域臭气方法,检测主要针对臭气的主要组成——H 2S、CS 2两种恶臭气体进行检测。提出采取从源头控制污染、工业源治理和控制措施、生活源治理措施、移动源治理措施等,突出针对不同类型臭气开展源头控制和污染治理。

In Lishui of Zhejiang Province economic and technological development zone odor complaints growing problems,this study analyzes the development zone area the source of the odor,letters and complaints,by the analysis result of Lishui development zone stench has industrial source,mobile source,the main source for industrial gas,in the 2013-2018,the proportion of gas complaints largest and has a tendency to rise year by year.Due to the diversity of the composition of odors and their strong diffusivity,the detection of their concentration has become a major problem in the management of odors.Therefore,a method to detect odor in this area is proposed,which mainly aims at H 2S and CS 2,two kinds of odor gases.Based on this,measures are proposed to control pollution from the source,control and control of industrial sources,control measures for living sources,control measures for mobile sources,etc.
