摘要
为考察一种水质改良保持制剂对黑臭水体底泥细菌群落结构和多样性可能造成的影响,在北京大兴区南苑灌渠汇入新凤河的长约6公里的支流中采用水质改良保持制剂进行了为期6个月的间歇投加,期间对支流的两个点进行了4次采样,通过PCR-DGGE结合分子克隆技术,分析了不同样品细菌群落的群落结构及多样性,从而进一步分析了水质改良保持制剂对底泥的影响。
To evaluate effects of a kind of water quality improvement and maintenance agent on the sediment bacterial community and diversity,water quality improvement and maintenance agent was dosed intermittently for 6 months in the tributary of the Nanyuan River in Daxing District of Beijing which flows into the Xinfeng River for about 6 kilometers.During the period,four samples were taken at two points of the tributary.The PCR-DGGE and molecular cloning were applied to analyze the bacterial species composition,community and diversity of all sampling sediment,and the influence of water quality improvement and maintenance agent on sediment was further analyzed.
