下肢顺行静脉造影在诊断下肢静脉功能不全及髂静脉疾病中的意义

The significance of Venography of Lower Extremity for Diagnosis of Iliac Vein Compression Syndrome with Varicose veins

目的:分析下肢静脉曲张患者的顺行静脉造影表现,总结其在诊断下肢慢性静脉功能不全及髂静脉疾病的临床意义。方法:200例下肢静脉曲张患者(282条下肢),术前行下肢静脉顺行造影,并分析影像学表现。结果:282条下肢行顺行静脉造影,其中,单纯静脉曲张23例(8.16%),交通静脉反流188例(66.66%),深静脉瓣膜功能不全27例(9.57%),PTS综合征2例(0.72%),静脉畸形1例(0.35%),髂静脉压迫42例。结论:顺行下肢静脉造影具有操作简单,创伤小,准确率高,能及时明确下肢静脉功能不全的病因,对临床治疗方案的选择具有指导意义。

Objective To analyze the venography of varicose limbs,summarize the clinical value in diagnosis of lower limb chronic venous disease and iliac vein compression syndrome.Method Two hundred patients with varicose veins of lower limbs(282 lower limbs)underwent antegrade venography were analyzed retrospectively.Results 282 lower extremities were diagnosed clearly by antegrade venography there was 23 cases(8.16%)with pure varicose vein,188 cases(66.66%)with valve insuffi-ciency of communicating branch,27 cases(9.57%)with deep venous valve insufficiency,2 cases(0.72%)with PTS syndrome,1 cases(0.35%)with venous malformation,and 42 cases with iliac vein compression.Conclusion The antegrade venography of lower extremity venography has the advantages of simple operation,small trauma and high accuracy.It can make clear the cause of venous insufficiency of lower extremities in time,It has instructive significance to the choice of clinical treatment.
