氯吡格雷辅助冠心病的效果及对生化指标、心功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨氯吡格雷辅助治疗冠心病(CHD)的效果及对实验室检查指标、心功能的影响。方法:98例冠心病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组各49例。对照组口服阿托伐他汀,研究组口服阿托伐他汀+氯吡格雷,对两组用药3个月后的效果和血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度胆固醇(L DL-C)和高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)等实验室检查指标和心功能进行比较。结果:研究组总有效率(91.84%)明显高于对照组(73.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后研究组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,而研究组右室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组,高密度胆固醇(LVEF)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷辅助阿托伐他汀能有效提高冠心病的治疗效果,改善血脂等生化指标和心功能,临床疗效较好。 Objective To investigate the effect of clopidogrel on coronary heart disease and its effects on biochemical parame-ters and cardiac function.Method 98 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(n=49)and study group(n=49)randomly.The control group received oral atorvastatin and study group received oral ator-vastatin+clopidogrel.The effects of the two groups after 3 months of treatment and serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C and other biochemical indicators and cardiac function were compared.Results The total effective rate of study group(91.84%)was signifi-cantly higher than that of control group(73.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in study group were lower than those in contol group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in control group,while the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in study group were lower than those in control group,and LVEF was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel-assisted atorvastatin can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease,improve biochemical indicators such as blood lipids and cardiac function,and has good clinical ef-ficacy.
