原发性高血压知信行模式构建及应用效果 被引量:6

The application effect analysis on the gestational hypertension patients by Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model

摘要 目的:观察知信行模式健康教育在原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的90例原发性高血压患者,应用随机数字表法将患者分为常规护理组(该组患者接受常规健康宣教)和知信行组(该组患者知信行模式健康教育)。比较两组患者干预前后血压控制情况和负性情绪。结果:基线时,知信行组和常规护理组患者收缩压、舒张压、焦虑自评量表得分和抑郁自评量表得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1个月后,知信行组和常规护理组收缩压、舒张压、焦虑自评量表得分和抑郁自评量表得分均优于基线时,知信行组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知信行组患者低盐饮食达标、运动干预达标和定期复诊显著优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用知信行模式健康教育在原发性高血压患者中应用效果疗效确切,能够控制好其血压和改善其负性情绪,改变不良生活方式。 Objective To explore the continue nursing effect on the gestational hypertension patients by Information-Moti-vation-Behavioral Skills Model.Method 90 cases gestational hypertension patients treated in the cardiovascular medicine de-partment of Area 1 of the department of internal medicine of Heshan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into the routine nursing group(the group received the routine health education)and the Knowledge/Attitude/Belief/Practice group(the patients received the information motivation behavioral skills model health education)by the random number table.The pregnant women of two groups before and after the control of blood pressure and negative emotions were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,anxiety self-rating scale score and depression selfrating scale score between the routine nursing group and the Knowledge/Attitude/Belief/Practice group(P>0.05).After one months intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,anxiety self-rating scale score and depression self-rat-ing scale score between the routine nursing group and the Knowledge/Attitude/Belief/Practice group were better than those be-fore the intervention.The the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,anxiety self-rating scale score and depression self-rating scale score of the Knowledge/Attitude/Belief/Practice group decreased(P<0.05).The patients with low salt diet,the standard of exercise intervention and regular rediagnosis were significantly better than the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect analysis on the gestational hypertension patients by Information-Motivation-Behav-ioral Skills Model is sure,Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model health education can control its blood pressure and improve its negative emotions,it can change the bad way of life.
