早期目标导向镇静理念融入颅脑外伤患者治疗与护理中的价值评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究将早期目标导向镇静理念融入颅脑外伤患者治疗与护理中的价值评价。方法:选取进行治疗的颅脑外伤患者60例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取常规的镇痛镇静方法进行护理,观察组患者采取早期目标导向镇静理念指导下的镇痛镇静方法进行护理,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组24 h镇静剂的使用量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时长明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者出现非计划性拔管的情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5);观察组符合镇静目标的情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将早期目标导向镇静理念融入颅脑外伤患者治疗与护理中取得了非常好的效果,值得在临床颅脑外伤患者治疗与护理中进行推广和使用。
