高强度气囊在运输风电塔筒钢基桩系统中的设计

摘要 针对目前国内外风机钢基桩在运输上存在施工难度大、运输成本高、漂浮运输密封装置不易实现等缺点,提出了一种高强度气囊配合拖船运输的新型方案。该方案受施工进度影响较小,运输安全性很高,钢基桩下沉风险很小。针对此方案,对某风电场案例进行了详细的计算和理论分析,列出了具体的实施步骤,充分证明了该方案的可实施性和安全性,有较好的应用前景。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the current transportation of wind turbine steel piles at home and abroad,such as difficulties in construction,high transportation cost and difficulties in realization of sealing devices for floating transport,a new scheme which takes high-strength airbags and tugboat in transportation is proposed.The scheme is less affected by the construction schedule,the transportation safety is very high,and the risk of steel pile sinking is low.In view of this scheme,a specific case of a wind farm was carried out by detailed calculation and theoretical analysis The implementation steps were listed.The feasibility and safety of the scheme has been proven and it is of great application prospect.
