摘要
大型火电机组的给水泵并泵过程时间较长、操作复杂、手动操作具有一定的危险性。结合实际并泵中出现的问题,提出了自动并泵控制策略。通过在某电厂机组实际应用,证明了采用自动并泵控制策略后机组主要参数运行平稳,减轻了运行人员的操作强度,也提高了机组的自动化水平及可靠性。自动并泵逻存在的问题为后续的逻辑优化提供了方向。
Because of the long operation time,complex operation procedure and manual operation,there are risks in paralleling logic for feedwater pumps in large thermal power units.Automatic paralleling logic for feedwater pumps is proposed to address the difficulty in pump paralleling practice.Application in a power plant showed that main parameters of units were stable after taking automatic feedwater pump paralleling,which subsequently relieved operating strength of relevant personnel,as well as improved automation level and reliability of the unit.
