新时期下地勘单位国有资产管理现状分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of State-Owned Assets Management in Geological Prospecting Units in the New Era

地勘单位承担国家地质调查和矿产勘查的主要任务,具有基础性、战略性和公益性特点。新时期,地勘单位拥有的资产呈增长趋势,种类也越发多样化,但是一直以来地勘单位国有资产管理基础相对薄弱,影响了地勘单位的改革和发展。因此,地勘单位在发展过程中,应该注重对国有资产的管理。论文针对地勘单位国有资产管理的现状进行分析,提出具有针对性的解决策略。

Geological prospecting units undertake the main tasks of geological survey and mineral exploration in China,which have basic,strategic and public welfare characteristics.In the new era,the assets owned by geological prospecting units are increasing and diversified.However,the management foundation of state-owned assets of geological prospecting units is relatively weak,which affects the reform and development of geological prospecting units.Therefore,in the process of development,geological prospecting units should pay attention to the management of state-owned assets.This paper analyzes the current situation of state-owned assets management in geological prospecting units,and puts forward targeted countermeasures.
