This paper mainly analyzes the influence of FDI on the upgrading of industrial structure of manufacturing industry.The positive influence mainly includes transforming traditional technology,improving R&D level and increasing the spillover of human capital technology.The negative influence mainly includes the excessive dependence of enterprises on foreign technology,the brain drain of domestic manufacturing enterprises,and the lowquality of capital attraction,which restrict the healthy and stable development ofmanufacturing industry.
