非玻璃面板幕墙耐撞击性能研究

某些幕墙在耐撞击实验中经常出现失效情况。本文通过对某一工程石材幕墙进行撞击测试,针对此幕墙的有限元动态撞击模拟分析,均证实了此石材幕墙不能满足撞击试验要求。其他非玻璃材质面板,如铝板、陶土板等也常出现耐撞击试验失效现象,因此非玻璃面板幕墙使用时应避免某些人流量大或者有特殊要求的重点区域,对于其设计建造和使用过程中的注意事项,从耐撞击试验角度提出建议。

Some curtain wall fail in the impact test.In this paper,a stone curtain wall of an engineering project was tested,and the relavent finite element dynamic impact simulation analysis proved that the stone curtain wall could not meet the impact requirements.Other non-glass material panel,such as aluminum plate,clay plate,often fail in the impact test.Some suggestions,the non-glass panel curtain wall should be used to avoid some key areas with large flow of people or special requirements,considerations for its design,construction and use.
