摘要
利用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪对阜阳市香樟和结香的光合生理指标进行了测定分析。结果显示,香樟和结香的净光合速率和蒸腾速率的日变化趋势均呈单峰曲线,气孔导度影响着净光合速率与蒸腾速率,胞间CO2浓度受到了多个因素的影响。说明结香和香樟的光合特性的变化,在很大程度上受到了光、温、湿度等环境因素以及自身生理因素变化的影响。
The photosynthetic physiological indexes of Edgeworthia chrysantha and Cinnamomum camphora in Fuy ang of Anhui Province were measured and analyzed by using Li-6400 portable photosynthetic analyzer.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of E.chrysantha and C.camphora showed a singlepeak curve.The stomatal conductance affected the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate.The intercellular CO2 concentration was affected by many factors.Studies have shown that the changes in photosynthetic characteris tics of fragrant and toon are largely affected by environmental factors such as light,temperature and humidity as well as changes in physiological factors.
