摘要
目的:研究校园不同区域土壤动物多样性及其差异。方法:以大庆师范学院校园不同区域作为研究样地,根据植被生长情况和人为干扰情况,选取图书馆东侧(A)、教师教育学院西侧(B)、生物工程学院南操场(C)、第一食堂南侧(D)、学生第六公寓东侧(E)和计算机楼门前(F)6个样点,对各样点土壤理化性质及大型土壤动物多样性进行调查研究。结果:调查共发现到10种大型土壤动物,隶属2门、3纲、8目,其种群数量关系为膜翅目>鳞翅目幼虫>地蜈蚣目>鞘翅目>双翅目幼虫>等翅目>正蚓目>蜘蛛目。各样点土壤pH在7.03~7.62,F点最高,为7.62。土壤含水量以6月份最高。B样点土壤有机质含量最高,E点最低。结论:大庆师范学院校园大型土壤动物类群与土壤理化性质(土壤含水量、pH值和有机质含量)之间存在密切的关系。
Objective:To study the diversity and difference of soil animais in diffent regions.Methord:Taking different areas of Daqing normal university campus as research sample,according to the situation of vegetation growth and hu man disturbance,the east side of the library(A),the west side of the Teacher Education College(B),the south play ground of the College of Biological Engineering(C),and the south side of the first canteen are selected(D).The physical and chemical properties of soil and the diversity of macrofauna were investigated on the east side of the sixth apartment(E)and 6 sample plots in front of the computer building(F).Result:The results showed that there were 10 species of soil macrofauna,belonging to 2 phyla,3 principle,8 order.The number of its population Hyme noptera>Lepidopterouslarvae>Scolopendra>Coleoptera>Diptera larvae>Araneae Lsoptera>Lumbricidae>Araneae.The pH of six sample points was from7.03 to 7.62,and the highest in F plot.The soil moisture content was the high est in June.The content of organic matter was the highest in B plot and the lowest in E plot.Conclusion:There is a clouse relationship between large soil animal groups and physical and chemical properties of soil(soil water content,pH value and organic matter content).
