自制中药长皮膏在烧伤小面积深Ⅱ度创面中的应用疗效评估

Evaluation of the efficacy of self-made Chinese medicine Zhangpi ointment in treating small deep second degree burn wounds

目的观察自制中药长皮膏治疗烧伤小面积深Ⅱ度创面的应用疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月在该科门诊治疗的小面积烧伤患者112例,根据治疗方法不同,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。观察组采用常规创面处理加中药长皮膏治疗,对照组采用常规创面处理加磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗。通过对比观察2组患者在治疗过程中的创面疼痛程度、治疗21 d的创面愈合情况、创面愈合时间、不良反应等,评估2种药物的治疗疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.9%,高于对照组的73.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈合时间为(20.3±2.9)d,明显短于对照组的(26.9±3.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制中药长皮膏可促进创面愈合,明显减轻疼痛,安全有效,尤其适用于烧伤小面积深Ⅱ度创面。

Objective To observe the effect of self-made Chinese medicine Zhangpi ointment in treating small deep second degree burn wounds.Methods A total of 112 patients with small area burn treated in the outpatient department of burn and plastic surgery of the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,56 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Zhangpi ointment,while the control group was treated with silver sulfadiazine cream.To evaluate the efficacy of two drugs,the degree of wound pain,wound healing after 21 days of treatment,wound healing time and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.9%,higher than that of the control group(73.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the experimental group was(20.3±2.9)d,significantly shorter than that of the control group[(26.9±3.2)d],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in each group,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Chinese medicine Zhangpi ointment which can promote wound healing,obviously relieve pain,is safe and effective,especially suitable for small area burn deep second degree wound.
