摘要 本文制备了不同mol配比的g-C3N4/ZnO样品,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光催化降解等测试方法研究了样品的物相组成、微观形貌和降解性能。X射线衍射测试结果显示随着体系中ZnO含量的增加,样品的衍射峰有向高角度偏移的趋势。使用扫描电镜观测了不同放大倍数下的样品形貌,观察到了结合在一起的絮状结构g-C3N4和具有规则外形的ZnO晶粒。发现mol比为1:1的g-C3N4/ZnO样品对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能较好。 In this paper,g-C3N4/ZnO samples with different mol ratios were prepared. The phase composition,morphology and degradation performance of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and photocatalytic degradation. The X-ray diffraction results show that the diffraction peaks of the samples tend to shift to high angles with the increase of ZnO content in the system. The morphology of samples at different magnification was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The flocculent structure g-C3N4 and the regular shape of ZnO grains were observed. It was found that the g-C3N4/ZnO sample with mol ratio of 1:1 had better photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue.
