摘要
本文利用SolidWorks软件建立了某变速箱主动轴各零件三维模型和总体装配模型,通过3DVIA Composer软件对三维装配模型和装配环境进行渲染和预处理,并依据工程实际装配工艺过程制作了各零件三维可视化装配工艺文档。相对于传统的基于二维工程语言的装配工艺卡,三维可视化装配工艺能够合理展示各零部件的装配工艺内容与装配顺序流程,使装配工人能更直观的理解和掌握产品的装配工艺,进而提高产品的装配质量和装配效率。
This paper uses Solid Works software to establish a three-dimensional assembly model of an active shaft of a gearbox. According to the actual assembly process of the project,the three-dimensional assembly model is rendered and preprocessed by 3DVIA Composer,and the actual assembly procedure of the product is visually expressed in the form of animation. Compared with the traditional assembly process card based on two-dimensional engineering language,the three-dimensional visual assembly process can reasonably display the assembly process content and assembly sequence flow of each component. The assembly workers can intuitively understand and master the assembly process of the product,and then improve the product assembly quality and assembly efficiency.
