信息类专业工作室人才培养模式的构建研究——以职业技能竞赛为驱动 被引量:1

摘要 全国职业院校技能大赛是由中华人民共和国教育部发起的,目前在全国职业院校办学中占有重要的地位。参加过该职业技能大赛的学生受到了行业、企业的青睐,也能更好、更快地融入到企业的工作氛围中,并得到企业的高度肯定。因此,本文从人才培养目标、学生选拔机制、人才培养的技术路线等出发,系统阐述了以职业技能竞赛为驱动的信息类专业工作室人才培养的模式,并分析了人才培养过程中遇到到主要问题和拟解决方案,最后给出了影响该人才培养模式成功与否的几个因素。 The National Vocational Students Skills Competition was initiated by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China and currently plays an important role in running schools across the country. Students who have participated in the vocational skills competition have received the favor of the industry and enterprises,and can be better and faster integrated into the working atmosphere of the company,and have been highly recognized by the company. Therefore,from the perspective of talent training objectives,student selection mechanism,and technical route of talent training,this paper systematically expounds the model of talent training in informationbased professional studios driven by vocational skill competition,the main problems encountered in the process of personnel training and the proposed solutions are analyzed. Finally,several factors affecting the success of the personnel training mode are given.
