摘要 本文主要论述了射流风机的主要故障情况,提出了一种射流风机的故障诊断与健康监测方法。通过在射流风机上安装振动传感器,采集射流风机的振动信号,然后对采集的信号进行处理,最后使用逻辑回归方法来实现射流风机的故障诊断与健康监测。该方法降低了对维护人员的专业知识要求,大大减少了射流风机的维保工作量,提高了射流风机运行的安全性。 This paper mainly discusses the main faults of jet fan,and puts forward a method of fault diagnosis and health monitoring of jet fan.By installing the vibration sensor on the jet fan,the vibration signal of the jet fan is collected,and then the collected signal is processed.Finally,the logical regression method is used to realize the fault diagnosis and health monitoring of the jet fan.This method reduces the professional knowledge requirements of maintenance personnel,greatly reduces the maintenance work of jet fan,and improves the safety of jet fan operation.
