摘要 本文主要研究了一种实验室设备的利用率监控装置,该装置通过物联网络远程获取所需采集的实验室各设备的使用时间及利用率参数,并具有命令输入和必要信息的显示功能。系统采用DSPIC30F4013作为系统MCU,通过扫描条码将所需查询的设备信息传送至MCU,通过W5100单片网络接口芯片实现网络通信系统组网通信,远程读取各实验室设备的相关电流、电压及温度信息,传输至装置MCU进行后续分析,从而得到该设备的利用率和使用时间数据。 This paper mainly studies a monitoring device for the utilization rate of laboratory equipment.The device can acquire the time and utilization rate parameters of various laboratory equipment through the internet of things remotely,and has the function of command input and display of necessary information.The system uses DSPIC30F4013 as the system MCU,transmits the information of the inquiry equipment to MCU by scanning barcode,realizes network communication of network communication system through W5100 single chip network interface chip,reads the relevant current,voltage and temperature information of each laboratory equipment remotely to MCU for subsequent analysis,thus,the utilization rate and use time data of the equipment can be obtained.
