科技进步对经济增长的影响分析——以山东省为例

The Impact of Technological Progress on Economic Growth——Take Shandong Province as an Example

科技是推动经济增长的重要动力,科技进步可以直接影响生产成本,相较于二十世纪,当今社会物质资源极大地丰富了起来,根据马斯洛需求层次理论,人们将不再满足于简单的吃饱穿暖。从生活角度来看,科技进步改变的不仅仅是之前物质的紧缺,更重要的是改变了人们的生活习惯。从企业角度来看,科技进步可以极大地降低生产成本,提高生产速度,对企业的发展意义重大,同时随着环境保护政策的实施,科技的进步也将为我国的环境事业做出巨大的贡献。山东省是我国的人口、经济大省,本文试图通过时间顺序阐述科技进步对于提高生产力与人均GDP的作用,并以山东省为例分析科技进步对三大产业的影响,从三大产业与山东省经济增长的关系来研究科技进步对经济增长的影响。

Science and technology is an important driving force to promote economic growth.Scientific and technological progress can directly affect production costs.Compared with the 21st century,today’s social material resources are greatly enriched.According to Maslow’s hierarchy of demand theory,people will no longer be satisfied with well fed and clothed.From the point of view of life,scientific and technological progress has changed not only the material shortage before,but also people’s living habits.From the perspective of enterprises,scientific and technological progress can greatly reduce production costs and improve production speed,which is of great significance to the development of enterprises.At the same time,with the implementation of environmental protection policies,scientific and technological progress will also make tremendous contributions to China’s environmental cause.Shandong Province is a big province of population and economy in China.This paper tries to elaborate the role of scientific and technological progress in improving productivity and per capita GDP through time sequence,and takes Shandong Province as an example to analyze the impact of scientific and technological progress on the three industries,and to study the impact of scientific and technological progress on economic growth from the relationship between the three industries and economic growth in Shandong Province.
