丁苯酞注射液对基底节区脑梗死急性期患者神经功能保护作用及对侧支循环建立的影响 被引量:4

Neuroprotective effect of butylphthalide injection on patients with acute cerebral infarction in basal ganglia and its influence on establishment of collateral circulation

摘要 目的探讨丁苯酞注射液对基底节区脑梗死急性期患者神经功能保护作用及对侧支循环建立的影响。方法收集本院2017年1月~2019年2月收治的64例基底节区脑梗死患者作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组给予神经内科常规治疗,观察组加用丁苯酞注射液治疗,疗程均为2周。评估两组神经功能、侧支循环建立、血清血管生成素-1(Ang-1)改善情况,并记录不良反应。结果观察组侧支循环建立成功率为78.13%,明显高于对照组的53.13%(P<0.05);治疗2周,12周后,观察组NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清Ang-1含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液对基底节区脑梗死急性期患者具有明显的神经功能保护作用,其机制可能与有利于促进脑梗死部位的侧支循环建立、上调血清Ang-1表达有关。 Objective To investigate the neuroprotective effect of butylphthalide injection on patients with acute cerebral infarction in basal ganglia and its influence on the establishment of collateral circulation.Methods 64 patients with cerebral infarction basal ganglia in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment in neurology,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide injection.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Neurological function,establishment of collateral circulation,improvement of serum angiopoietin-1(Ang-1),and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The success rate of collateral circulation in the observation group was 78.13%,which was significantly higher than that(53.13%)in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum Ang-1 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide injection has obvious neuroprotective effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction in basal ganglia.The mechanism may be related to the establishment of collateral circulation and up-regulation of serum Ang-1 expression.
