综合保温护理预防胸腔镜肺叶切除手术患者低体温效果观察

Observation on the effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing on the prevention of hypothermia in the patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy

目的探讨综合保温护理预防胸腔镜肺叶切除手术患者低体温效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的60例胸腔镜肺叶切除手术患者,随机分为观察组30例(综合保温护理)与对照组30例(传统护理),比较两组胸腔引流管留置时间、PACU停留时间、麻醉拔管时间、手术时间、T0(入手术室时)体温、T1(手术开始时)体温、T2(术中1 h)体温、T3(手术结束时)体温、T4(麻醉苏醒时)体温、并发症发生率指标。结果干预结束,观察组胸腔引流管留置时间、PACU停留时间、麻醉拔管时间、手术时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组T2体温、T3体温、T4体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合保温护理方法可有效提高胸腔镜肺叶切除手术患者预后质量,减少其低体温现象,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing on the prevention of hypothermia in the patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods 60 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly assigned to observation group of 30 patients(comprehensive thermal insulation nursing)and control group of 30 patients(traditional nursing).The indwelling time of the chest drainage tube,PACU stay time,anesthesia extubation time,surgery time,T0(entering surgery room)body temperature,T1(at the beginning of surgery)body temperature,T2(one hour during surgery)body temperature,T3(at the end of surgery)body temperature,T4(recovery from anesthesia)body temperature,complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of the intervention,the indwelling time of the chest drainage tube,PACU stay time,anesthesia extubation time,surgery time,and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the T2 body temperature,T3 body temperature and T4 body temperature in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive thermal insulation nursing method can effectively improve the prognosis quality of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy,and reduce the phenomenon of hypothermia,which is worthy of popularization and application.
