基于共同配送的太原市城市配送体系研究

物流作为第三利润源泉对城市现代服务业发展起到推动效应。要想发挥好物流业对经济发展的积极推动作用,需要平衡好提高物流服务水平与降低物流成本之间的关系。在一个城市范围内试点实施城市共同配送可以很好地缓解城市配送过程中存在的一系列弊端问题。文章详细梳理了全世界试点实施城市共同配送的国家、地区的成功经验及教训,归纳整理太原市作为试点城市推行实施过程中存在的问题,提出深化构建太原市三级配送网络体系,最后对加快实现太原市城市共同配送给出合理化建议。

Logistics as a third source of profit plays an important role in the economic development of urban modern service industry.In order to play a positive role in promoting the economic development of the logistics industry,it is necessary to balance the relationship between improving logistics service levels and reducing logistics costs.Piloting and implementing urban joint distribution within a city can well alleviate a series of shortcomings in the urban distribution process.This paper combs in detail the successful experiences and lessons of pilot cities and regions in the world,and summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of Taiyuan city as a pilot city.It proposes to deepen the construction of Taiyuan city's three-level distribution network system,and finally accelerates the implementation and give a suggestion.
