“一带一路”背景下中国西北地区跨境电商的发展路径探索

Exploration on the Development Path of Cross-border E-commerce in Northwest China under the Background of “the Belt and Road”

在“一带一路”倡议的不断推进下,中国经济贸易和信息技术快速发展,使国内传统的贸易模式向跨境电商的新型发展模式转变。但由于经济和区域发展的差异,中国的跨境电商产业以东部发达地区为主,而对于西部地区,尤其是西北五省跨境电商的发展仍存在一定的局限性。文章将对西北地区跨境电商的现状和问题进行具体分析,并从区域发展、物流设施、信用支付、人才吸纳、扶贫与生态等方面为西北地区跨境电商提出新的发展路径,进一步推动西北地区的和谐繁荣。

With the continuous development of" the belt and road" initiative, the rapid development of China’s economic trade and information technology has transformed the tradition-al domestic trade model into a new development model of cross-border E-commerce. However, due to differences in economic and regional development, China’s cross-border E-commerce industry is dominated by developed eastern regions,while there are still some limitations for the development of cross-border E-commerce in the western region, especially in the five northwestern provinces. This paper will analyze the status and problems of cross-border E-commerce in the northwest region, and propose new development paths for cross-border E-commerce in the northwest region from the aspects of regional development, logistics facilities, credit payment,talent absorption, poverty alleviation and ecology, so as to further promote the harmonious prosperity of Northwest China.
