“一带一路”背景下中越跨境物流研究

Research on Cross-border Logistics Industry between China and Vietnam under the Background of “the Belt and Road”

“一带一路”倡议的提出及推进为中越国际贸易发展带来良好的机遇。随着两国跨境贸易额的不断增加,跨境物流业的发展开始引发关注。文章通过文献梳理,对中越跨境物流业的现状进行了描述,发现中越跨境物流行业目前存在物流企业核心竞争力不足、跨境管理制度不完善及国际物流人才缺乏等问题。建议从建设信息共享平台、简化通关手续及校企联合培养人才等方式推动跨境物流业的发展。

The proposal and promotion of"the belt and road"initiative has brought good opportunities for the development of China-Vietnam international trade. As the cross-border trade volume between the two countries continues to increase, the development of the cross-border logistics industry has begun to attract attention. Through the literature review, the paper describes the current situation of China-Vietnam cross-border logistics industry, and finds that the cross-border logistics industry in China and Vietnam currently has problems such as insufficient core competitiveness of logistics enterprises, imperfect cross-border management system and lack of international logistics talents.It is suggested to promote the development of cross-border logistics industry from the construction of information sharing platform, the simplification of customs clearance procedures and the joint training of talents by schools and enterprises.
