“逆全球化”背景下江苏专用设备制造业供应链发展问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures for Developing Global Supply Chain of Special Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Jiangsu under “Inverse Globalization” Background

目前,江苏专用设备制造业供应链正在全球化延伸拓展。但总体上看,江苏专用设备制造业居于全球产业供应链市场的中低端,存在供应链运营成本偏高、波动大、集成控制力有限、闭环供应链应用与发达国家核心企业差距大等问题。文章以“逆全球化”背景为基础,从全球化供应链战略、供应链布局、核心技术研发、供应链竞争力的固化、闭环供应链实施等方面提出了相应对策,期望有助于江苏专用设备制造业供应链的全球化拓展。

At present,the supply chain of special equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangsu is expanding in globalization.However,which has some problems in the development of supply chain,such as it is in the middle and low end of the global supply chain market,high operating costs,large fluctuations and limited integrated control in the supply chain,big gap in the application of closed-loop supply chain with the core enterprises in developed countries.Based on the background of“inverse globalization”,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,it mainly relates to the strategy of global supply chain,the layout of supply chain,the research and development of core technology,the solidification of supply chain competitiveness,and the implementation of closed-loop supply chain and so on.It is expected that it will help to the global expansion of the supply chain of special equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangsu.
