摘要
需求信息预测是供应链管理的重要组成部分,对供应链参与方的订货决策至关重要。文章在收益分享合同机制下,研究制造商和客户的最优决策和结果。首先通过报童模型,构建双方的期望收益函数并求得最优决策;然后比较在收益分享合同机制前后的最优结果。结论发现,文章提出的收益分享合同机制能够激励双方分享需求信息,并且能够提高双方的订货数量和期望收益。
Demand information forecasting is an important part of supply chain management and is crucial for ordering decisions of supply chain'members.This paper studies the optimal decisions and outcomes of a single manufacturer and a single customer under the revenue sharing contract mechanism.This paper firstly constructs the expected profit function of both members by using newsvendor model,and therefore obtains the optimal decisions.Next,the paper compares the optimal results between with the revenue sharing contract mechanism and without the contract mechanism.It is concluded that the revenue sharing contract mechanism proposed in this paper can stimulate the demand information sharing and increase the order quantity and expected profit.
