摘要 培养学生的创新与实践能力是物流工程专业学位研究生培养的主要任务。物流工程属交叉性学科,学生来自不同学校、不同专业,知识结构、学习能力差距较大,给专业课程教学及实践环节造成了一定的困难。将建构主义学习理论引入课程教学及专业实践过程中,发挥学生的主体性,改革专业课程教学方法,精心设计教学过程;通过专业实践课、企业实习、科技竞赛等多种形式,强化实践教学,形成了独特的物流工程专业学位研究生创新与实践能力培养体系,取得了良好的效果,研究成果对交叉性学科的专业学位研究生培养也具有重要的指导意义。 The main task of graduate training of logistics engineering is to cultivate students'innovative and practical abilities.Logistics engineering is an interdisciplinary subject.Students come from different schools and majors.There is a big gap in knowledge structure and learning ability,which causes some difficulties in the teaching and practice of specialized courses.Introducing constructivism learning theory into the course teaching and professional practice,giving full play to students'subjectivity,reforming the teaching methods of specialized courses and designing the teaching process meticulously;strengthening practical teaching through various forms such as professional practice courses,enterprise practice,science and technology competitions,etc.,has formed a unique innovation and practical ability training system for graduates majoring in logistics engineering,and achieved good results.The research results also have important guiding significance for the cultivation of professional degree graduates in cross-disciplinary disciplines.
